Returns and Exchanges

It is important to us that you are a hundred percent happy with your purchase from Paula Hall Designs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item/s are in their original condition and unworn, then you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.

Please notify us via email at info@paulahalldesigns.com.au if you require a refund or exchange and we will then issue a full refund for the item, or exchange it for other items as you prefer.
